Objectives
Objective: To support the establishment of the Lebanese Armed Forces’ Land Border Regiments' Training School, Rayak (CTS) as an Integrated Border Management training centre of excellence.
Specific objectives are to:
- Support the establishment of professional standards and operating practices within Lebanese border management training
- Contribute to Lebanon’s border training infrastructure and equipment
- Improve access to, and quality of, training for border staff
- Improve intra-agency, inter-agency, and international training coordination in Lebanon
- Increase gender-sensitive approaches.
