Objectives

Objective: To support the establishment of the Lebanese Armed Forces’ Land Border Regiments' Training School, Rayak (CTS) as an Integrated Border Management training centre of excellence.

Specific objectives are to:

  1. Support the establishment of professional standards and operating practices within Lebanese border management training
  2. Contribute to Lebanon’s border training infrastructure and equipment
  3. Improve access to, and quality of, training for border staff
  4. Improve intra-agency, inter-agency, and international training coordination in Lebanon
  5. Increase gender-sensitive approaches.
