The FRMON Project aims at the strengthening of the capacity to conduct forced return operations in Türkiye, in full respect of human rights and international standards, through developing the secondary legal basis for the conduct of forced return operations and developing a solid basis for the establishment of a forced return monitoring system in Türkiye.
