Vienna Migration Conference 2023

The 8th annual Vienna Migration Conference (VMC) convenes on 10-11 October 2023 in Vienna and online. This premier event brings together European and global stakeholders with a view to tackling the policy dilemmas and seizing the opportunities that are connected with migration governance. As Europe's leading forum on migration, VMC aims to facilitate an open, inclusive, and frank debate among a diverse range of governmental and non-governmental actors, against a backdrop of a rapidly changing migration landscape.

The VMC2023 programme features an impressive line-up of international thought leaders, practitioners, and experts from government and civil society, and tours prime themes in the European and global migration policy arena. Discussions will encompass the future of work in a digital world, the role of cities in migration governance, labour and skills migration partnerships, and the progress of European Union's reform efforts, among other topics.
